目的:研究聚(油酸/亚油酸-癸二酸)-庆大霉素[Poly(OAD/LOAD:SA)庆大霉素]对常见菌是否具有强大的抑菌能力。方法:分别在0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.4)、蒸馏水、0.9%生理盐水三种介质中测定Poly(OAD/LOAD:SA)-庆大霉素体外释药情况和释出液的抑菌能力。结果:Poly(OAD/LOAD-SA)-庆大霉素在三种介质中的最大释药能力发生在第2日,然后缓慢下降,至第50日尚有相当高浓度的庆大霉素释出,从第2日到第50日,释出液中庆大霉素的浓度分别是对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌最小抑菌浓度的59-42128倍和1.8—1314倍;三种介质的释出液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有强大的抑菌能力。除从第2日到第14日在磷酸盐缓冲液中的释药和抑菌能力较弱外,药丸在三种介质中的释药特点基本相似。结论:Poly(OAD/LOAD-SA)-庆大霉素用于治疗慢性骨髓炎具有良好的前景。
