公安高等教育,是为各级公安机关输送合格人才的主渠道。跨进21世纪,公安工作对公安高等教育人才培养提出新的更高要求。改革人才培养模式,造就大批符合“政治坚定、业务精通、作风优良、执法公正”总要求的公安高级专门人才,是公安高等教育服务公安工作、体现存在价值进而谋求发展的关键。当前公安高等教育在人才培养模式上还存在诸多问题,应予以改革。 Public security higher education is the main channel for delivering qualified personnel at all levels of public security organs. Entering the 21st century, the work of public security has set new and higher requirements for personnel training in public security and higher education. Reforming the model of personnel training and creating a large number of high-level public security professionals who meet the general requirements of “political firmness, proficient workmanship, good work style and law enforcement fairness” are the keys to public security and higher education in public security work, which reflect the existence value and seek development. At present, there are still many problems in public security and higher education in personnel training mode, which should be reformed.
