目的:探索布拉酵母菌散剂对预防抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年8月于我院就诊的150例需要接受抗生素治疗的支气管炎或肺炎的患者,采用随机数表法将患者随机分为试验组与对照组各75例患者。试验组患者采用抗生素进行治疗的同时予以布拉酵母菌散剂进行预防性治疗,对照组不采用任何预防措施。结果:治疗后,试验组患者AAD发生率为10.67%,对照组AAD发生率为33.33%,试验组发生率明显低于对照组;在AAD发病的好转时间、治愈时间方面,试验组均在一定程度上短于对照组,两组AAD发生率相互比较,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布拉酵母菌预防性治疗抗生素相关性腹泻疗效明确,患者有临床获益,安全性良好。
Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of bronopol in the prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD). Methods: A total of 150 patients with bronchitis or pneumonia requiring antibiotic treatment from April 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 75 patients . Patients in the test group were given prophylactic treatment with Saccharomyces boulardii while treated with antibiotics, and the control group did not take any precautionary measures. Results: After treatment, the incidence of AAD was 10.67% in the trial group and 33.33% in the control group, and the incidence of AAD in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. In the time of improvement and cure of AAD, the experimental group were all certain The incidence of AAD in both groups was significantly different from each other, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Preventive treatment of antibacterial-associated diarrhea by Saccharomyces boulardii is effective and has clinical benefits and good safety.
