为筛选出优质的果桑品种,对现有的5个果桑品种的生物学性状和经济性状进行了调查分析,同时测定了5个果桑品种的基本营养成分,采用模糊数学隶属函数法对桑果的营养品质进行了评价。结果表明:不同果桑品种在营养组成上存在明显差异,用隶属函数分析其营养品质优劣顺序为“白玉王”>“大十”>“红果2号”>“46C019”>“72C002”。白玉王虽然营养品质最好,但产果量低,极易落果,不含花青素,叶质易老化;72C002和46C019虽然营养品质不佳,但产果量最高;大十营养品质佳,发芽早,成熟早,产果量高,成熟期长,但易感菌核病。综合认为,在有效防控菌核病前提下,5个果桑品种中以大十的优势最佳,产量高,品质优,值得加大推广,尤其适用于果桑旅游体验活动。
