目的 通过强氧化离子水杀灭细菌芽胞试验观察 ,研究是否能应用于无菌器械保存液。方法 将新电解产生的 p H值为 2 .4 1、氧化还原电位为 113 4mv的强氧化离子水作用于平均含菌量为 4 .8× 10 6CFU/ ml的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞进行杀灭试验。结果 原液 60 min杀灭率为 99.99%、90 min为 10 0 % ,对于室温 2 0℃存放 2 4 h的强氧化离子水 ,60 min杀灭率为 99.89%、90 min为 99.99%。结论 强氧化离子水是一种无毒性、无公害、杀菌效果好的一种新型消毒剂 ,但由于其性质不稳定。故不宜作无菌器械的保存液
Objective To observe the effect of strong oxidizing ion water to kill bacterial spores and to find out whether it can be used in preservation of sterile instruments. Methods The strong electrolyzed ion water with p H value of 2.41 and the redox potential of 113 4mv was applied to kill the B. subtilis black mutant spores with an average bacterium amount of 4.8 × 10 6 CFU / ml test. Results The killing rate of the original solution at 60 min was 99.99% and that at 90 min was 10 0%. For the strong oxidizing ion water stored at 20 ℃ for 24 h at room temperature, the killing rate at 60 min was 99.89% and that at 90 min was 99.99%. Conclusion Strong oxidizing ionized water is a new type of disinfectant which is non-toxic, non-polluting and bactericidal, but it is unstable due to its nature. It is not suitable for preservation of sterile instruments
