[目的]预测卡氏肺孢子虫kexin蛋白的抗原表位。[方法]应用互联网服务器及相关生物软件预测卡氏肺孢子虫kexin蛋白抗原表位,进行生物信息学分析。[结果]kexin蛋白存在多个潜在的抗原表位,其中T细胞表位按积分位于第367~381,38~52,128~156,351~388,426~440位氨基酸等区域,B细胞表位位于第133~215,300~442及660~733位氨基酸区域。[结论]kexin抗原表位可能主要位于第38~215及300~442氨基酸序列区域内或其附近,抗原表位的预测可以有目的地克隆kexin重组基因片段,为研究高效卡氏肺孢子虫疫苗奠定基础。
[Objective] To predict the epitope of kexin protein of Pneumocystis carinii. [Method] The epitopes of Pneumocystis carinii kexin protein were predicted by internet server and related biological software and analyzed by bioinformatics. [Result] There were several potential epitopes of kexin protein, of which the T cell epitopes were located at the amino acid residues of 367-381,38-52,128-156,351-388,426-440 and the B-cell epitopes were located at 133-215,300 ~ 442 and 660 ~ 733 amino acid region. [Conclusion] The epitopes of kexin may be mainly located in or near the amino acid sequences of 38th ~ 215th and 300 ~ 442th amino acids. Prediction of epitopes can be used to clone kexin recombinant gene fragments. Lay the foundation.
