高中新课程的实施受到诸多因素影响,其中高考是影响课程改革能否按新课程理念实施的根本因素。高考使课程目标异化为高考目标,而我国的现实国情决定了一时又难以摆脱高考的影响,这就使得高中教师在新课程改革中常处于两难境地。为此,教师必须重视自身专业知识和能力的提升,使自己的教学能兼顾考试成绩和学生发展。同时,高中新课改中也要重视对教师的课堂教学指导,这要求教研室应回归本原职能,重视课堂教学研究。
