电机一般通过减速器驱动载荷,为了确定传动系统的起动力矩,人们通常都认为换算到电机轴上的转动惯量与减速比的平方成反比。因此,电机起动力矩的计算公式为: T_s=T_(Lf)/Nη+J_(MαM)+J_(LαM)/N~2 (1)式中T_s——电机起动力矩; T_(Lf)——摩擦力矩; J_M——电机转动惯量; J_L——传动系统转动惯量; α_M——电机轴加速度; N——减速比(电机轴高速/承载轴低速); η——减速器效率。当η≈1或当式中第三项与其他两项相比较小时,公式(1)计算的起动力矩值足够准确。但当η大大小于1或第三项较大时,电机起动力矩要比公式(1)计算值大的多。
