为了进一步贯彻水利水电施工机械会议精神,把机械管理水平再提高一步,最近卫河工程局召开了局第三次机械管理会议。确定今明两年在机械管理工作上达到下列目标:(一)十三类主要机械设备(其中我局有九类)的年平均完好率:1964年内达到80%;1965年内达到90%;力争恢复全部已损设备。(二)完好设备中,五好设备比重:1964年内达到50%(第三季度末达到30%～35%);1965年内达到75%。
