2015年3月5日李克强总理在政府报告中指出:“2015年铁路的投资要保持在8000亿以上,新投产里程8000公里以上。”由此可见,2015年或今后几年必将是铁路建设高潮,尤其是高铁的建设,亦将是建筑央企的必争之地。随着铁路工程项目的陆续展开,作为占比工程项目60%左右的物资设备自然举足轻重,如何将物资设备充分高效利用将成为企业创效的重点之一。物资设备调配中心(以下简称物设中心)是以武冈城铁项目的钢筋转运站为原型并结合现代物流企业调配中心提出铁路施工项目将物资设备归集来统筹协作、细化管理的部门。
