武汉自行车二厂原是一个国营小型企业,1980年由汉桥力车厂、长虹汽车零件厂、武汉自行车二分厂组建而成。1983年底,年产自行车3.9万辆,固定资产只有390万元,在激烈的市场竞争中因产品销售不畅,企业处于亏损边缘。在中国改革的大潮中,武自二厂先后向全国同行业进行零部件公开招标,推行“成本控制法”,引进国内外先进工艺和关键设备,拓展互补
Wuhan Bicycle No. 2 Plant was originally a small state-owned enterprise. It was established in 1980 by Hanqiaoli Depot, Changhong Automobile Parts Factory, and Wuhan Bicycle Second Plant. At the end of 1983, the annual output of bicycles was 39,000, and the fixed assets were only 3.9 million. In the fierce market competition, due to poor sales of products, the company was at the edge of losses. In the tide of China’s reforms, Wuzi Second Factory has successively invited parts and components of the same industry in the country to open bids for parts and components, introduced the “Cost Control Law”, introduced advanced technologies and key equipment at home and abroad, and expanded to complement each other.
