一、前言对油泵的要求如下:压力高,结构紧凑,效率高,噪声低且价格低廉。最近随着油泵的高压化,“公害”问题特别突出,对噪声的要求很严格。一般所用的油泵为齿轮泵、叶片泵及柱塞泵三种。其中齿轮泵及叶片泵与柱塞泵相比较,其零件的数目少,价格较廉,因此得到广泛的应用。但最大输出压力比柱塞泵的低,寿命亦短。因此为提高齿轮泵及叶片的压力和性能进行着广泛的研究和探索。最近已试制成功最高压力达175~210公斤/厘米~2的齿轮泵和叶片泵。这就是这方面的研究成果。但是,随着输出压力的提高,出现滑动部分磨损增大,效率下降,噪声增大等问题。
