稠油开发成本较高，加之掺稀油降粘工艺的应用，使得稠油、稀油物性改变，降低了使用价值，销售效益下降。为了既解决稠油降粘难题，又能保持稠油固有特性，提高稠油开发经济效益，推出了稠油采集输炼一体化地面处理新工艺。本文介绍了该工艺的原理、流程和特点，并进一步阐述了技术的可行性、工艺的配套性及经济对比分析，展示了该工艺的应用前景和可观的经济效益。
Heavy oil development costs are high, combined with the application of dilute oil viscosity reduction process, making heavy oil, thin oil properties change, reducing the value of use, sales decline. In order to solve the problem of heavy oil viscosity reduction, but also to maintain the inherent characteristics of heavy oil, improve the economic benefits of heavy oil development, launched a heavy oil gathering and conveying integrated ground treatment of new technology. This paper introduces the principle, process and characteristics of the process, and further elaborated the feasibility of the technology, the process of supporting and economic comparative analysis shows that the process of application prospects and considerable economic benefits.
