建立超临界流体萃取(SFE)荜茇药材中的胡椒碱的方法。采用正交试验法优选SFE 提取工艺,并用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。在SFE 中,确定萃取压力为38.5 M Pa,温度70℃,改性剂量0.4 m l,静态萃取时间5 m in 及动态萃取体积5m l。荜茇药材中胡椒碱的平均回收率为97.68% ( RSD 0.8% )
To establish a method for the determination of piperine in supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). Orthogonal test was used to optimize the SFE extraction process and the determination was performed using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. In SFE, the extraction pressure was determined to be 38.5 M Pa, the temperature was 70°C, the modification dose was 0.4 ml, the static extraction time was 5 μm in and the dynamic extraction volume was 5 ml. The average recovery rate of piperine in Chinese Wolfberry was 97.68% (RSD 0.8%)
