天津市工信委发布天津市万家企业2013年度节能目标责任评价考核结果。按照《国家发展改革委办公厅关于印发万家企业节能目标责任考核实施方案》要求,天津市有关部门、区县节能主管部门、市属集团公司组织开展了天津市万家企业2013年度节能目标责任评价考核。天津市共有国家公布的万家企业211家,其中19家企业因破产、兼并、改组改制、能源消费量发生较大变化等原因未予考核,2013年实际考核企业192家,年节能量共计163.85万吨标准煤。192家企业中,超额完成等级53家,占27.6%;完成等级104家,占54.17%;基本完成等级28家,占14.58%;未完成7家,占3.65%。
Tianjin ICBC released the evaluation results of 2013 energy-saving target responsibility evaluation of 10,000 enterprises in Tianjin. In accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the State Development and Reform Commission on Issuing the Implementation Plan of Responsibility Assessment for Energy Conservation of 10,000 Enterprises, relevant departments of Tianjin Municipality, competent departments of energy conservation in districts and counties, municipalities and group companies organized and held the 2013 goal of energy-saving for Tianjin Wanjia Enterprises Evaluation evaluation. Totally 211 enterprises were announced in Tianjin. Among them, 19 enterprises failed to assess due to bankruptcy, mergers, restructure and restructuring, and major changes in energy consumption. In 2013, 192 enterprises were actually assessed with a total annual energy saving of 163.85 Ten thousand tons of standard coal. Among 192 enterprises, 53 were over-fulfilled, accounting for 27.6%; 104 were completed, accounting for 54.17%; 28 were completed, accounting for 14.58%; 7 were not completed, accounting for 3.65% of the total.
