株洲时代新材料科技股份有限公司(简称:时代新材)在20世纪80年代还只是株洲电力机车研究所一个橡胶课题组。20年的时间,公司历经组建、改制、上市、股改,现已发展成为我国交通机械装备行业经营规模最大、整体科技实力最强的高分子复合材料减振降噪技术专业研究、开发基地,公司产品覆盖全国铁路干线新型机车、客车、货车,以及城市轨道交通和客运专线等市场和领域,并大批量出口欧美、澳大利亚、东南亚等国家和地区。在最近10年间,公司销售规模以年均40%的速度高速增长。2008年公司销售收入突破了10亿元,2009年上半年的销售收入达到了7.5亿元,各项指标均创历史最好水平。为了探究时代新材高速成长现象背后的发展模式和管理思想,本刊编辑专题采访了时代新材的总裁杨军博士。我们期望,通过探讨时代新材的发展经验、经营理念、企业文化,使行业中的企业能够从中获得可借鉴的宝贵经验。
Zhuzhou Times New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Times New Materials) in the 1980s only Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute of a rubber group. After 20 years, the company has established itself as a research and development base for vibration damping and noise reduction technology of polymer composite materials with the largest operation scale and the strongest overall strength in transportation machinery and equipment industry in China after its establishment, restructuring, listing and stock reform. Products covered the new railway locomotives, buses, trucks, and urban rail transit and passenger line and other markets and fields, and large quantities exported to Europe and America, Australia, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. In the recent 10 years, the sales volume of the company has been growing rapidly at an average annual rate of 40%. In 2008, the company's sales revenue exceeded 1 billion yuan, and the sales revenue in the first half of 2009 reached 750 million yuan. All the indexes set the historical best level. In order to explore the era of new material rapid growth phenomenon behind the development model and management thinking, editorial articles interviewed Dr. Yang Jun, president of the era of new materials.
