目的分析研究团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院急诊护士共42例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用团队管理模式。对比两组护理人员护理评分差异及各项护理技能合格率、综合素质合差异。结果观察组护士在基础护理、一级护理、特级护理上分数均高于对照组,且各项护理技能合格率和病区服务满意度均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论团队管理模式运用于急诊护理中可明显提升护士团队精神,提升护理技能,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of research team management model in emergency nursing management. Methods A total of 42 emergency nurses in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopts the conventional management mode and the observation group adopts the team management mode. Comparing the difference of nursing scores between two groups of nurses and the passing rate of each nursing skill, the differences of comprehensive qualities and co-occurrence were compared. Results The scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in basic nursing, primary care and super care. The passing rate of nursing skills and the service satisfaction in ward were significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of team management model in emergency nursing can obviously enhance nurses teamwork, improve nursing skills and promote value.
