为延长连云港钢板桩码头岸壁的使用寿命,研究并采用了涂料与外加电流阴极保护联合防腐系统。本文介绍如何保证保护电流在整个结构上均匀分布,如何避免阴极保护对停靠码头的船壳产生的不良影响。实际安装的保护系统完全达到了设计的预期要求,在过去七年间一直运行良好。以失重法对接触被保护的结构的长尺试件检查结果表明,该结构获得了适当的保护,其保护效率在82%以上。
In order to extend the service life of the liner wall of Lianyungang steel sheet piles, a joint anti-corrosion system of coating and applied current cathodic protection was researched and adopted. This article describes how to ensure that the protection current is evenly distributed throughout the structure and how to avoid the adverse effects of cathodic protection on the hull of docked docks. The actual installed protection system met the full expectations of the design and has been working well for the past seven years. Examination of the long-term specimens exposed to the protected structure by the weight loss method showed that the structure was properly protected and its protection efficiency was over 82%.
