将氟暴露工龄5年以上的35名自愿者分成两组,其中20人服“抗氟灵”冲剂,15名服安慰剂;另选同样条件的非氟暴露工人18名为对照。均不脱离生产,进行为期一个月的观察。结果表明,在氟暴露车间平均空气氟浓度为1.5mg/m3环境下,工人尿氟明显增高,血清IgG、IgA和微量元素Cu、Zn、Ca明显下降。对服“抗氟灵”冲剂和安慰剂的工人进一步观察结果表明,“抗氟灵”进入体内与氟络合形成BF-4而增加了尿氟的排出,而且有防止血清IgG和微量元素Zn、Ca降低的作用
Thirty-five volunteers who had been exposed to fluoride for more than 5 years were divided into two groups.
