临床中为防止胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD)后发生胰瘘,常在胰肠吻合口置支撑引流管。吉林大学中日联谊医院新民院区收治1例胰肠吻合支撑引流管致上腹部疼痛病例。现报告如下。1病历简介病人女性,43岁。因“PD后2年半,反复出现上腹部疼痛”于2015-08-31入院。病人于2013-04-01在外院行PD。术前超声检查:胰头肿大呈结节感,约4.2 cm× In order to prevent the occurrence of pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) in clinical practice, a drainage tube is often placed in the pancreaticojejunostomy.
