采用食品卫生监督量化分级管理模式对宁夏回族自治区 2 70家食品生产、加工、销售企业所得评分结果及暴露问题进行了讨论、分析。认为卫生部推行的该项新的监督模式规范、实用 ,并在促进企业自律、社会监督方面有着积极的推动和激励作用。同时对加大监督执法力度 ,规范执法过程进一步提高食品卫生安全均有积极的意义。
The quantitative and hierarchical management mode of food hygiene supervision was used to discuss and analyze the scoring results and exposure of 2 70 food production, processing and sales enterprises in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is considered that the new supervision mode promoted by the Ministry of Health is normative and practical and has a positive stimulating and encouraging role in promoting self-discipline and social supervision of enterprises. At the same time, it is of positive significance to intensify supervision and law enforcement and to standardize the law enforcement process to further improve food hygiene and safety.
