洛阳风动工具厂于1985年4月7日～10日在洛阳市召开了YDX40型岩石电钻用户座谈会。有关领导机关、煤炭科研单位、矿山用户等十八个单位的代表应邀参加了座谈会。与会代表介绍了各自使用YDX40型岩石电钻的情况并与红旗-150型钻机、TXU-75型液压探水钻、电煤钻的使用情况作了对比。红旗-150型与TXU-75型钻机,功率虽大,但由于体积大而笨重,移动、拆卸、安装很不方便,且需开设钻场,对经常移动的煤层注水钻孔带来极大困难,效率反而不高。
