各主要谈判方在美洲自由贸易区中的利益是有差异的。创建美洲自由贸易区的谈判到目前为止大致可分为三个阶段。目前美洲自由贸易区的创建面临着一些新的挑战,美国和拉美国家能否在规定时间内达成协议,取决于双方以及拉美国家内部能否协调一致。
The interests of the major negotiating parties in the Free Trade Area of the Americas are different.
