目的建立钴治疗机机房周围环境辐射水平的估算模式。方法在NCRP No.151报告《MV级X和γ射线放疗设备的屏蔽设计和评价》给出的MV级医用电子直线加速器机房周围环境辐射水平估算方法的基础上,对公式进行了适当的调整。结果进一步拓展了NCRP No.151报告估算模式的应用范围,为钴治疗机机房周围环境辐射水平的估算提供了一种模式。结论该估算模式对钴治疗机机房周围环境辐射水平的估算具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To establish an estimation model for the radiation level around the engine room of a cobalt-based machine. Methods Based on the method of estimating the ambient radiation level of MV grade medical linear accelerator room given by NCRP No.151 “Shielding Design and Evaluation of MV Grade X and Gamma Radiotherapy Equipment”, the formula was properly adjusted. The results further extend the application of NCRP No.151 report estimation model, providing a model for the estimation of radiation levels around the engine room of the cobalt treatment machine. Conclusion This estimation model has certain reference value for the estimation of the radiation environment around the machine room of cobalt treatment machine.
