目的了解精子形态与精子冷冻复苏率之间的关系。方法135例浙江省人类精子库筛选合格的供精者精液标本,按前向运动精子冷冻复苏率分为冷冻不合格组(<60%)40例和冷冻合格组(≥60%)95例。对所有精液标本进行精子形态学分析。结果冷冻不合格组正常形态精子百分率(23.53±4.87)%,明显低于冷冻合格组正常形态精子百分率(28.54±5.44)%,(P<0.01);冷冻不合格组精子头部异常率、畸形精子指数(TZI)及精子畸形指数(SDI)明显高于冷冻合格组(P<0.05);颈部及中段异常率、尾部异常率及胞质小滴两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论精子形态对前向运动精子冷冻复苏率有影响,正常形态精子对低温的耐受性好;头部畸形以及同时含有多种畸形的精子对低温冷冻的耐受性差。
Objective To understand the relationship between sperm morphology and sperm cryogenic recovery rate. Methods A total of 135 semen samples from 135 human sperm banks in Zhejiang Province were selected and divided into 40 cases of frozen unqualified group (<60%) and 95 cases of frozen qualified group (≥60%) according to the rate of cryosurgical recovery. Sperm morphology analysis was performed on all semen samples. Results The percentages of sperm in the unqualified group were (23.53 ± 4.87)%, which were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (28.54 ± 5.44)% (P <0.01) The sperm index (TZI) and sperm abnormality index (SDI) were significantly higher than those in the frozen group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in abnormal rate of the neck and tail, abnormal tail rate and cytoplasmic droplets between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Sperm morphology has an impact on the rate of cryopreservation and recovery of spermatozoa with forward movement. Sperm of normal morphology is well tolerated at low temperature. Sperm of head and multiple sperm deformities are not well tolerated by cryopreservation.
