不同激素对谷子幼穗组培的作用不同。2,4-D主要是诱导愈伤组织,KT主要是促进细胞分裂。2,4-D2mg/L与KT0.2mg/L配合为最佳诱导培养基。6-BA对分化成苗起主导作用,分化率随着6-BA浓度加大而提高。6-BA2mg/L与NAA0.2mg/L是最佳分化培养基,分化率最高达60%。LAA与NAA主要是促进长根。1/2MS比1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L分化出的根白、嫩、多,且移栽成活率高。
