农村信息化建设经过多年的发展,已取得了相当的成效,但仍存在一些问题,如农业信息资源缺乏有效的整合,共享程度低,许多项目的建设仍然缺乏资金支持,信息服务市场自我运行机制较弱,“信息孤岛”现象还未根本改观。针对这些现状提出了相应的对策与建议,以期为农村信息化建设提供解决问题的思路。
After years of development, rural informatization construction has achieved considerable success, but some problems still exist. For example, the lack of effective integration of agricultural information resources, the low degree of sharing, the lack of financial support for the construction of many projects and the self-operation mechanism of information service market Weak, “Information Island ” phenomenon has not fundamentally changed. In view of these conditions, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, with a view to providing ideas for solving problems in rural informatization construction.
