随着现代化设备的发展,电子机械结构质量相应地得到重视。本文根据国外和我厂实践经验,对电子机械结构质量的试验方法作一介绍。 1.载重试验将受试产品置于平台上,在其主要地方用模拟额定重量1.5~2倍的砂袋分布载荷,经24小时后,除去载荷,观察各部件的变形情况和焊接处是否有断裂现象。 2.刚度试验对于在汽车、轮船或其它有振动、冲击环境下工作的电子设备,必须对导轨和插箱的刚度进行试验(如图1所示)。将受试产
