自1963年Starzl等首次施行人体原位肝移植以来,全世界肝移植病例已在300以上,术后存活1年以上者已提高到25~45%⑧,最长1例已存活7 2/3年。 我院在130次狗肝移植实验研究的基础上,于1977年12月30日和1978年2月1日施行两例人体同种原位肝移植,术后分別存活6天及93天。 两例受体均为原发性肝癌病人。供肝分别取于40岁及28岁男性尸体。 例1.男,50岁,临床诊断为原发性肝癌,于1977年12月2日入院,无黄疸、腹
Since the first human orthotopic liver transplantation was first performed by Starzl et al in 1963, the number of liver transplants in the world has been more than 300, and the patients who have survived for more than 1 year have increased to 25 to 45%. The longest one has survived 7 2/3. year. On the basis of 130 studies of liver transplantation in dogs, our hospital performed two cases of human orthotopic liver transplantation on December 30, 1977 and February 1, 1978, and survived for 6 days and 93 days respectively. Both recipients were patients with primary liver cancer. The donor livers were taken from the bodies of 40-year-old and 28-year-old men. Example 1.
