文章从生态化视角分析随班就读教育模式存在的因教育对象显性差异增大而导致的“失衡”问题。在随班就读模式中构建由教师、学生、课程和环境四要素整合而成的教育生态环境,以随班就读学生个体为中心,动态、微观地分析教与学内在的需求,协调随班就读实践中教与学之间的平衡性及和谐性。
The article analyzes the “imbalances” problem caused by the explicit difference of educational objects existing in the regular class education mode from the perspective of ecology.
