九里香(Murraya paniculata)叶可用于治疗痢疾,具有抗金黄色化脓微球菌和大肠杆菌的活性。已从该植物中分离出多个香豆素和咔唑生物碱。本次又从中分离并鉴定出1个新的天然产物(1)和2个已知香豆素化合物(2、3)。 自然干燥的九里香叶(19kg)用甲醇提取,甲醇提取液浓缩,得到的残余物加水稀释后,用盐酸和氢氧化铵调至pH 3~8,依次用氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取。溶于氯仿的部分(pH=3)经硅胶柱分离、TLC纯化,得到新成分1和已知成分九里香酮(murranganone,2)、九里香素(3)。
Murraya paniculata leaves can be used for the treatment of diarrhea and have activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Multiple coumarins and carbazole alkaloids have been isolated from this plant. A new natural product (1) and two known coumarin compounds (2, 3) were also isolated and identified from this time. The dried natural leaves (19 kg) were extracted with methanol and the methanol extract was concentrated. The resulting residue was diluted with water, adjusted to pH 3~8 with hydrochloric acid and ammonium hydroxide, and extracted with chloroform and ethyl acetate in that order. The chloroform-soluble fraction (pH=3) was separated on a silica gel column and purified by TLC to give a new ingredient 1 and the known ingredients of murranganone (2) and thymolide (3).
