2007年经济工作的总体要求以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面落实科学发展观,加快构建社会主义和谐社会,认真落实省第八次党代会的各项部署,着力调整经济结构和转变增长方式,着力加强资源节约和环境保护,着力推进改革开放和自主创新,着力促进社会发展和解决民生问题,推动经济社会切实转入科学发展的轨道,努力保持又好又快发展的良好势头,奋力推进跨越式发展,构建和谐安徽,加快实现崛起,以优异的发展业绩迎接党的十七大召开。2007年经济社会发展的主要目标地区生产总值增长10%以上,全社会固定资产投资增长20%,财政收入增长18%,社会消费品零售总额增长12%,外贸进出口增长15%以上,城镇居民人均可支配收入增长10%,农民人均纯收入增长7%,城镇新增就业人数40万人以上,城镇登记失业率控制在4.5%以内,居民消费价格水平涨幅在3%以内,单位生产总值能耗下降4%,主要污染物排放量减少2%,人口自然增长率控制在7.4‰以下。
