目的探讨口服轮状病毒减毒活疫苗(ORV)与麻疹-风疹-流行性腮腺炎联合减毒活疫苗(MMR)联合接种的可行性,为制定免疫规划程序提供可靠的科学依据。方法设2种疫苗同时接种组(ORV-MMR组)和单苗接种组(ORV组和MMR组),观察疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生情况,接种前后、联合接种与单独接种组之间抗体几何平均滴度/浓度(GMT/GMC)、抗体阳性率和阳转率的差异。结果各接种组临床反应都轻微,共报告AEFI 10例,AEFI发生率为3.64%,各组间发生率无差异(χ2=2.124,P=0.346);实验组与各对照组免前免后同种抗体GMT/GMC、阳性率,以及免后抗体阳转率,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ORV与MMR同时接种未发现严重异常反应和相互干扰免疫应答,可以同时接种。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of combined inoculation of oral rotavirus live attenuated vaccine (ORV) and measles-rubella-mumps combined live attenuated vaccine (MMR) in order to provide a reliable scientific basis for the development of immunization programs. Methods Two vaccinated groups (ORV-MMR group) and single-vaccination group (ORV group and MMR group) were set up to observe the occurrence of suspected AEFI. Before and after vaccination, The geometric mean antibody titer / concentration (GMT / GMC), antibody positive rate and positive rate difference. Results The clinical response of each inoculation group was mild. AEFI was reported in 10 cases and AEFI in 3.64% of cases. There was no difference in incidence among groups (χ2 = 2.124, P = 0.346). The experimental groups and control groups There were no significant differences in the GMT / GMC antibody positive rate and antibody positive rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion Simultaneous inoculation of ORV and MMR showed no serious abnormal reaction and mutual interference immune response.
