球外房角分离术治疗先天性青光眼25例共43眼,一次手术成功26眼(60.5％),两次手术成功3眼。本手术不受手术时年龄、角膜直径及眼压的影响。随访0.5～10年(平均3.1年),成功者[眼压控制在3.2kPa(24mmHg)以下]20例(80％),计29眼(67.4％)。随访可在水化氯醛镇静下完成各项检查,简便易行,安全可靠。
A total of 43 eyes of 25 cases with congenital glaucoma were treated by external ball angle separation. 26 eyes were successful in one operation (60.5%) and 3 eyes were successful in two operations. The operation is not affected by age, corneal diameter and intraocular pressure. The follow-up ranged from 0.5 to 10 years (average, 3.1 years). Twenty (80%) and 29 eyes (67.4%) of the patients were successful [intraocular pressure was below 3.2 kPa (24 mmHg)]. Follow-up in the chloral hydrate sedation to complete the inspection, easy, safe and reliable.
