篮球运动是一项由跑、跳、投等动作组成的技术巧妙、战术多变的综合性运动项目,篮球比赛是在攻防不断变化中进行的,运动员必须具有良好的身体素质,在运动场上既要不断奔跑,又要急起急停,因此它具有较高的锻炼价值,它不仅能够促进人体的发育,增进身心健康,磨练意志品质,并且还有可以培养团结协作的集体主义精神。在篮球的教学中,行进间三步投篮是最基本的教学要求,因此,同学们相对掌握较好,但是,要把行进间三步投篮与体前变向结合起来使用,这是教学的一个难点,本人从事卫生职业教育十多年,在体育课的篮球教学中不断总结、不断学习,掌握了一点篮球教学经验,供同行们参考。
