本文介绍了静态容积法水流量仪表检定装置的系统构成和流体力学上的工作原理,论述了对系统的稳压策略和控制流程,提出了实现稳压策略的具体控制方法。仿真及试验结果证明了文中所提各项措施的有效性,并在中原油田水流量仪表检定装置中得到了成功地应用。
This paper introduces the system structure and working principle of hydrostatic instrument of static volumetric water flow meter verification device. It also discusses the voltage regulation strategy and control flow of the system, and puts forward the specific control method to realize the voltage regulation strategy. The simulation and test results prove the effectiveness of the measures mentioned in the paper and are successfully applied in the calibration of water flow meter in Zhongyuan Oilfield.
