俄北方钢股份公司研究了结晶器钢水拉漏的机理。认为起着润滑作用的熔化渣不能均匀润滑时,会造成板坯壳与结晶器的局部粘附,进而导致裂纹产生或铸坯报废。研究中除采用了液态摩擦和干摩擦理论外,还引入了粘附摩擦概念,在此研究中它以粘附和断裂脉冲来表示。粘附后坯壳断裂的形式多种多样。点状粘附时板壳没有断裂,而中心粘附则有,且钢液随结晶器上部最新熔化物移到结晶器壁
Northern Russian steel company studied the mechanism of mold steel leakage.
