十多年的新课改,让农村的教育充满了活力。教学改革让农村小学语文课堂教学呈现了勃勃生机。然而,作业的改革,几乎没有多大变化,依然是作业量大,内容单调,形式单一,一定程度上降低了小学生学习的热情和兴趣,制约了学生能力的发展,也严重影响了学生的身心健康。为了改变这一现状,我校开展了《小学语、数、英个性化作业设置研究》实验工作。一年多来,我们从学校实际出发,按照不同层次学生发展的需要,针对学生个性差异设置了有层次性、趣味
