水果的品质与安全是消费者最关心的问题。对水果内外品质的检测一直是食品安全检测的重点对象,传统的检测方法是一种既费时又费力,同时还有破坏性的检测方法。近十几年的高光谱技术的发展使得高光谱成像技术已经被广泛应用于水果品质的无损检测中。本文总结了近十几年来国内外在高光谱成像技术下水果内外品质无损检测的研究,对比分析了不同研究方法及相应的结果分析,为搭建高光谱检测平台提供一定的理论基础。
The quality and safety of the fruit is a consumer concern. The detection of the quality inside and outside the fruit has been the focus of food safety testing, the traditional detection method is a time-consuming and laborious, but also destructive testing methods. The development of hyperspectral technology in recent ten years has made hyperspectral imaging technology widely used in nondestructive testing of fruit quality. This paper summarizes the research on the non-destructive testing of fruit quality both inside and outside China under the hyperspectral imaging technique in the recent decade and compares the different research methods and the corresponding results to provide a theoretical basis for constructing the hyperspectral detection platform.
