2008年初,南方的一场雪灾,使南方几省的电网遭遇了罕见的覆冰灾害,电网受损严重,面临着前所未有的考验。其他未受灾地区电力职工八方驰援,昼夜奋战,组织抢修,湖南郴州甚至牺牲了三位烈士,全国上下为抢修电网付出了极大的努力。这场不可抗力的天灾,严重冲击了电网正常的生产运行,在进行灾后自救的同时,也迫使我们对今后如何改进提高电网的生产经营进行思考。
