近日,大连医科大学附属第一医院李汇华研究组在高血压发生的病理生理机制研究领域取得重要进展。该研究发现,骨髓来源趋化因子受体CXCR2阳性细胞通过加剧血管炎症、氧化应激、舒张功能异常及血管重塑,参与高血压的发生发展过程。研究成果以“Genetic and Pharmacologic Inhibition of the Chemokine Receptor CXCR2Prevents Experimental Hypertension and Vascular Dysfunction(趋化因子受体CXCR2基因
Recently, the first Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Lihua research group made important progress in the pathophysiology of hypertension. The study found that bone marrow-derived chemokine receptor CXCR2-positive cells are involved in the development of hypertension by exacerbating vascular inflammation, oxidative stress, diastolic dysfunction, and vascular remodeling.
