2002年末,盖天佐以“单极超级化”营销理论作利器,将位处番禺的华景地产·海伦堡运营的风生水起,短短的不到半年间七次调价,楼盘均价突破4200元/平方米,其楼价与品牌直逼华南板块的超级大盘,海伦堡也藉此跃升为广州南部可圈可点的优质楼盘。在本次成行前,笔者已经从业界抑或同行处,耳详许多关于盖天佐与华景地产·海伦堡的故事。与盖天佐的相识,缘于笔者对房地产业的极大关注,亦是促成此次亲力番禺华景地产·海伦堡一探个中奥妙的主因。2003年初秋,笔者一行二人从广州出发,行经洛溪,约行程35分钟后,到达了本次出行的目的地一华景地产·海伦堡。首先印入眼帘的是气势恢宏的海伦堡大门,浓墨重彩、刚毅硬朗的建筑立面,颇具欧洲古堡神韵。进入园区荔枝挂香,满目翠葱,景色怡人;一条小河碧波荡漾、鳞次栉比,亭台楼阁,沿河而建,散布其间;园区小路湾延,曲径通幽;正是好景无意迷人眼,微风有心扣人还!在华景地产公司三楼宽敞的办公室,盖天佐先生慢慢的向笔者揭开了海伦堡神秘的面纱,娓娓地讲述了以及他在海伦堡发生的故事。
