试验了两种土壤中两种污泥有效氮的两种生物学和两种化学定量测定法。各种方法测定的结果都表明污泥增加了土壤中的有效氮。由生物学方法(淋溶和非淋溶培育法)测定的有效N之间有显著相关性,而化学法(酸水解和2NKCl提取)之间无显著相关。除了酸水解方法以外,其他方法测得的值与田间试验中测得的有效N明显相关。可以认为,用KCl释放的NH_4~+-N来计算污泥中的有效N是一种简便而精确的方法。
Two biological and two chemical quantitative assays for the two types of available nitrogen in the soil were tested. The results of various methods indicate that the sludge increases the available nitrogen in the soil. There was a significant correlation between the effective N determined by the biological methods (leaching and non-leaching incubation methods), while there was no significant correlation between the chemical methods (acid hydrolysis and 2NKCl extraction). In addition to the acid hydrolysis method, the values measured by other methods are clearly related to the available N measured in the field trials. It can be considered that calculating the effective N in sludge by using NH_4 ~ + -N released by KCl is a simple and accurate method.
