市、区县属各单位,各区县国土房管局,各有关单位:为落实《北京市人民政府印发关于防治非典型肺炎疫情期间保持社会稳定促进经济发展若干政策措施的通知》(京政发[2003]14号,以下简称14号文件)第十一条规定,现将承租市及区县属国有资产类经营用房2003年5月1日至9月30日减免租金执行中的有关问题通知如下:一、承租市及区县属国有资产类经营用房,是指市及区县属机关、事业、社会团体等单位出租的经营性房屋。市及区县属的国有资产控股50%以上的企业,其租金减免以其控股的份额为基数,按14号文件第十一条规定的相应比例执行。
