The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Historical Materials Collection edited by two comrades edited by Wang Qingcheng and Zhuang Jianping of the Institute of Modern History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences was recently published by China Social Sciences Publishing House. The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Historical Materials Collection collected a total of 215 pieces of historical materials about the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Among them are: 26 pieces of information on the Taiping Heavenly World and World Society donated by British friend Dr. Ke Wennan and 2 pieces of information on the Taiping’s Suzhou in Japan sent by Professor John Kojima of Japan’s friend Koizumi, both before and after the Jintian Uprising provided by China’s First Historical Archives The Qing government files 152, Guangxi Guiping history
