In geotechnical investigation, the evaluation of earthquake liquefaction of site soil is an important content. There are three methods for evaluating liquefaction of earthquakes in Geotechnical Investigation Regulation (GB5 0 0 2 1-94): (1) standard penetration test; (2) static penetration test; and (3) shear wave velocity. The three methods are based on site conditions to calculate the critical value, when the measured value is greater than the critical value, judged as liquefied. Found at work
