The rapid development of science and technology and fierce competition among enterprises has accelerated the generational transition of the top management talents in Germany. The young and competent executives have risen one after another. Taking a 30-year-old“young” as chairman is no longer a novelty. The new chairman of sporting goods manufacturer Puma, Jochen Chez, is only 30 years old this year and is the youngest top corporate executive in Germany. When a reporter asks him, “Is it possible for me to be 30 years old?” he said :“In New York, people only ask about performance, not age.” Chaz had previously served as a marketing manager in the United States, and he was well positioned for outstanding performance. However, the principle of supremacy of performance is not unique to the United States.
