观察缺锌及补锌对大鼠食物利用率和生长发育的影响。结果表明,缺锌大鼠的摄食量、食物功效比值(FER)、体重、睾丸重量、血红蛋白含量均明显下降,12mg、30mg或250mg/L剂量补锌均可使缺锌大鼠的各项指标恢复正常。提示,缺锌可抑制大鼠食物利用率和生长发育.而一个生理需要量的剂量补锌已可使原缺锌大鼠的食物利用率和生长发育完全恢复。
To observe the effects of zinc deficiency and zinc supplementation on food utilization and growth of rats. The results showed that food intake, food efficiency ratio (FER), body weight, testicular weight and hemoglobin content of zinc-deficient rats all decreased obviously. The indexes of zinc-deficient rats could be increased by zinc supplementation at doses of 12mg, 30mg or 250mg / Back to normal. Tip, zinc deficiency can inhibit the rat food utilization and growth and development. And a physiological dose of zinc supplementation has been able to make the original zinc deficiency in rats with food utilization and growth and development completely restored.
