合成了5-(6-溴苯骈噻唑-2-偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(BPTAQ).在CTMAB存在下,于pH9.5的Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH介质中,BPTAQ与Co~(2+)形成4:1的深蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为650nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.53×10~5,钴量在0~10.0μg/15ml范围内符合比尔定律.该法已用于VB_(12)和矿样分析,结果满意.
(BPTAQ) was synthesized in the presence of CTMAB in Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH medium at pH 9.5. The results showed that BPTAQ reacted with Co ~ (2+) ) Forms a 4: 1 dark blue complex with a maximum absorption wavelength of 650 nm and a molar absorptivity of ε = 1.53 × 10 ~ 5 and Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 10.0 μg / (12) and mineral analysis, the results are satisfactory.
