细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(Cdks)是细胞周期调节的核心分子,其与细胞周期蛋白(Cyclins)、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子(CKIs)等组成细胞周期调控网络系统。细胞周期调控机制的异常与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,Cdks和Cyclins的异常表达、CKIs的缺失以及检验点的异常都将使细胞周期紊乱,细胞增殖失控,最终发生癌变。Cdks与Cyclins结合形成的复合物对细胞周期进程具有正调节作用,其高表达和激酶活性异常可促进卵巢癌的发生、发展。就Cdks的生物学功能、活性调节及其在卵巢癌发生、发展中的作用进行综述。
Cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks) are the core molecules of cell cycle regulation, which together with the cyclins (Cyclins), cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors (CKIs) and other components of the cell cycle regulatory network system. The abnormality of cell cycle regulation is closely related to tumorigenesis and development. The abnormal expression of Cdks and Cyclins, the deletion of CKIs and the abnormality of checkpoint will lead to disorder of cell cycle, uncontrolled cell proliferation and finally carcinogenesis. The complexes formed by the combination of Cdks and Cyclins have a positive regulatory effect on the cell cycle progression, and their high expression and abnormal kinase activity can promote the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. The biological function of Cdks, activity regulation and its role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer were reviewed.
